 We are happy to welcome our newest communications executive, Katharine! Katharine has been assisting us with the technical side of Companion Calls alongside Vanessa and helped us write our Community Cheer holiday cards. We look forward to working more with her in the coming year!
Thank you so much to everyone that sent us holiday messages! We are delighted to share that we delivered cards (recipient names hidden for confidentiality) to 173 residents at Allendale Long-Term Care Home along with the help of Dr. Franco Taverna from the Human Biology department at UofT. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday and an even better new year!
 A reminder to send us friendly messages to give to residents in long-term care homes this winter holiday! We are aiming for 200 cards to distribute and can use as much help as we can get!!! If you have multiple messages you'd like to send, please feel free to share them with us! Please keep messages in English. Submissions are due at midnight on December 22nd (next Tuesday)!!  We once again thank LUSH Cosmetics for another donation of 50 holiday gift sets to our long-term care staff at the Markhaven Home for Seniors! We also thank Red Bull and Red Bull Canada for their generous donation of 10 packs of energy drinks to the staff as well! We wish all of our frontline workers, residents, and supporters a safe and happy winter holiday. Also, don't forget to submit a holiday message to a care home resident!
