the isolation they are facing, a group of U of T students have come together to form SAGE, the Student Association for Geriatric Empowerment. SAGE seeks to bridge the empathy gap in long-term care and better connect the community with the staff and residents of care homes in this trying time. This is a trying and unprecedented time in long term care; the team at SAGE stands in solidarity with all the care staff and residents at these homes.
